Embroidery Retreat

Do you own an embroidery machine?  Looking to learn some new techniques?  Want to spend time with friends, and/or make new ones?  Have we got a plan for you!   Join us for 2 days of embroidery on October 14th and October 15th.  During the 2 days you will complete 3 embroidery projects.

On Friday morning we will show you how to do embroidery cutwork.  This is a great technique that can be used to create napkins, table cloths, or scarfs to name a few.  Friday afternoon, we will make a winter wall hanger.  This technique will use mylar to get the look of metallic threads without using it.

Saturday’s project is a fall table runner.  We will be using designs from Anita Goodesign for this.  If you have not used Anita Goodesign’s patterns before they stitch out beautifully!

Can’t make it both days?  No problem, you can sign up for just one day if that is all that your schedule will allow.

The cost includes everything that you will need to finish these projects except for the thread.  In addition to the projects, you will also receive a CD with 10 mylar designs if you sign up for Friday class.  Saturday’s project will use designs from Anita Goodesign’s  “Connecting Autumn” collection.  We are not using all the designs, but you will get the entire collection for future projects.

Cost for Friday is $95, Saturday is $115.  If you sign up for both days, $200.
