| BEGINNING MACHINE APPLIQUE
Learn how to use fusible web successfully and techniques for stitching straight lines and curves plus getting around those tricky inner and outer points. You will also learn how to layer applique pieces to achieve the look you want. This class is for beginners, comfortable with rotary cutting and basic quilting techniques. Our project will be an appliquéd towel. Sewing machine required.

This class will teach you how to make socks using the magic loop method from the toe up. Both socks are made at the same time. You will learn the Turkish cast-on for a seamless toe, a very simple short-row heel method, and Elizabeth Zimmerman’s Sewn bind off. After completing this course, you will be able to use these three skills for almost any sock design you desire.
