You will be charged for your purchase the day it is shipped.
Shipping:
These costs are estimates. If we have to use more envelopes or move to a larger size box,
you will be charged for the extra shipping and invoiced via PayPal.
If, we can move to a smaller box, or fewer envelopes, we will refund shippingcharges.
USPS is the carrier which will be used and all fees are based on Priority Flat Rates.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
$0.00 – $50.00 USPS - $4.95
$50.00 - $ 100.00 USPS - $10.95
$100.00 - $200.00 USPS - $14.95
Over $200.00 will be charged actual shipping costs. These costs are all based on
USPS Priority Mail Shipping. Please bear in mind neither sales tax or shipping
charges are included in the dollar amount for item until you process it.
We only ship to US addresses. We ship USPS (United States Postal Service)
within the week of receiving the order. You are charged on your credit card the day shipment is to be made.
Sales Tax: Sales tax of 6.50% is included for Florida residents only.
Return Policy:
We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return
policy on items you are not satisfied with because of a defect.
Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us.
Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges.
A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns.
Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned.
Because of copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
All returns must be in original condition and packaging and
they must not have a smoke odor, pet damage, etc., to them.
Returns that are not in their original condition will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
Once orders are placed online, they cannot be cancelled.
